We’ve created a banking service that puts building long-term relationships at the heart of its philosophy. We will discuss your individual circumstances to identify products and services to meet your needs.

We will work with you to understand what elements of the banking service suit your lifestyle and ambitions. We offer the following banking services:

  • Cash management.
  • Savings and deposit accounts.
  • Mortgages, loans and overdrafts, subject to status and application.
  • Specialist services such as foreign exchange, tailored lending and bridging finance, subject to status and application.

These services are complemented by Internet, Mobile and Telephone Banking, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Please note that although our lines are always open, not all Telephone Banking services are available 24 hours a day. There may be limits on payments you can make and we may not be able to start processing all payments instructed out of normal banking hours.

As a Private Banking customer, you will have access to additional products and services depending on your needs. Private Banking can introduce you to specialists that can help you get a clear idea of your current position and get appropriate advice for:

Financial planning

Seeking financial advice can be one of the most valuable things you ever do. Getting an expert perspective can help you understand the options available to you and potentially help you make the right choices.

Through our partnership with Schroders Personal Wealth we aim to create best-in-class investment and financial planning for our Private Banking customers.

Where financial planning is required, we will introduce you to Schroders Personal Wealth to help you make investment choices based on your financial goals.

To get advice from Schroders Personal Wealth, you’ll need to have at least £100,000 in savings, investments and/or personal pensions, and/or £100,000 of sole annual income.

Your Schroders Personal Wealth adviser will explain what advice they can give and what products and services this covers and any advice or product charges that apply and agree these with you.

Whether you want to grow your wealth, aim to reduce risk to your capital in retirement or plan ahead for your children's education, your Schroders Personal Wealth adviser will guide you through the whole investment process, helping you to assess what's involved.

To apply for our Private Banking service, you’ll need to have: at least £250,000 in savings and/or investments with Lloyds Bank, and/or at least a £750,000 mortgage with Lloyds Bank.
