Premier Plus Account
- The Travel Insurance offered with this account underwritten by AWP P&C SA and are administered in the UK by Allianz Assistance. It covers you, your partner and any children aged 18 or under, or 24 or under if in full time education. It covers you for up to 62 days of travel from your home. This product meets the demands and needs of those under 80 years.

Medical screening questions
In the last 6 months have/are you or any person to be insured on this policy
- Been prescribed medication (including repeat prescriptions)?
- Received treatment for or consulted a doctor about any medical condition?
- Attended a hospital or clinic as an out-patient or in-patient for any reason?
- Been diagnosed as having a terminal condition?
- Currently awaiting tests, investigations, treatment, surgery; are awaiting the results of any tests or investigations?

Ongoing duty to declare medical conditions
If you or anyone to be insured on the policy has had to contact Allianz Assistance to obtain confirmation for cover for a pre-existing medical condition, this will need to continue to be done on an annual basis. If there are any changes to your medical condition or you develop a new medical condition, you must let Allianz Assistance know before making any travel arrangements. An extra premium may be payable if the insurer agrees to cover the medical condition(s).
Please note if you, or anyone covered by this policy have any medical conditions and they all appear in the list ‘No screen medical conditions’ in your policy document, then these will all be covered under the policy without the need to contact Allianz Assistance provided you can answer no to all of the questions in the Section above. Summary
Your policy will end when you become 80 years old, or your Premier Plus current account is closed, or the policy is cancelled, whichever is the earlier.
In order to be covered by this policy when travelling, you must be healthy, fit to travel and to undertake your planned trip, not be travelling against medical advice, or with the intention of obtaining medical treatment abroad. You will not be covered for claims arising from a pre-existing medical condition unless it is either listed under 'No screen medical conditions’ or has been declared to us and accepted for cover.
You must declare any medical condition that is not listed under 'No screen medical conditions’ if, in the 6 months before opening the account, renewing your medical declaration, booking a trip, or travelling, it has caused symptoms or required prescribed medication, treatment, medical consultation, investigation, or follow-up. If such a condition is not declared, claims related to that condition may not be covered.
If you have any medical conditions other than those listed under ‘No screen medical conditions' in your policy document, you need to let us know by calling Allianz Assistance . Cover for these medical conditions may be subject to an additional premium.
The standard maximum trip duration for the Premier Plus current account is 62 consecutive days except for winter sports where cover is up to a maximum Of 31 days in any calendar year.
A £75 excess fee may apply for each claim per adult incident under certain sections of the policy.
This policy only covers losses suffered whilst you are resident in the UK, the Isle of Man or the Channel Islands and are registered with a medical practitioner in the UK, the Isle of Man or the Channel Islands.

If you have any medical conditions that are not listed, please contact Allianz Assistance direct. To do this, please email: travelinfoUK@allianz.com or call +44 (0)345 300 2292. If you fail to do this, it may mean you won’t be covered for related claims.
There is no cover if you cannot (or chose not to) travel because the FCDO (Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office) (or equivalent international government body) advises against travel due to an epidemic or pandemic.
There is no cover if you travel against the advice of the FCDO or other regulatory authority.
There is no cover for any amount recoverable from any other source such as your airline, accommodation provider, ATOL bond or debit/credit card provider.
There is no cover for delayed departure until you have been delayed for at least 12 hours (or 6 hours if your trip is for three nights or less).
