Changes to our Telephone Banking service

From Monday 4 July, our Telephone Banking opening hours are changing. You can speak to an adviser between 8am and 8pm, 7 days a week.

We are still available 24 hours a day if you use:

  • Our Mobile Banking app
  • Internet Banking
  • Our automated phone services

Please bear in mind that not all Telephone Banking services are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
