Accessible formats and online forms

Help we offer

We offer statements and letters in various formats to suit your needs:

  • Braille.
  • Large print.
  • Audio CD.
  • Coloured paper or different font sizes.

For current and savings accounts, Easy Read bank statements are available, using pictures and simple words. We can also offer large print cheque books.

Let us know your preferences in a branch, by calling us, or updating your accessibility options in online banking or our mobile banking app.

We'll send everything in your chosen format. If you receive something that isn't, return it to us and we'll transcribe it for you.

Online forms

We offer helpful guidance within our online forms to assist you in completing them smoothly.

To make sure your information remains secure, some forms may time out after a period of inactivity. But don't worry, we'll give you a 20-second warning before this happens, so you won't lose any progress.

If you're using our mobile banking app, you have the flexibility to set your preferred timeout duration.

Using your card

Cashpoints®

Our Cashpoint keypads and screens are user friendly. The raised dots on the number 5 help you find the numbers easily. Remember to cover your PIN with your hand for security.

You can also use the audio function on our Talking ATMs by plugging in your headphones.

Ask any branch team member or call us to find your nearest Talking ATM. We're here to help.

Making a payment

If you have trouble using or remembering your PIN, you have a few options:

  • You can get a chip-and-signature card by calling us or asking at your local branch.
  • You can use a contactless card for purchases up to £100.
  • You can also use your smartphone for contactless payments with Apple Pay or Google Pay.
