If you've lost or locked your card, you'll need to contact us to get a new card or unlock your card. You can call us on:

Lines open 7am to 10pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 6pm Saturday and Sunday, except on UK bank holidays.
To avoid the misuse of your card, PIN or security information, you should:
- Keep your card, PIN and security information in a safe place.
- Never share this information with other people.
- Check your statements carefully and report any unusual transactions to us as soon as possible.
