She is Managing Director, Head of Lloyds Corporate & Institutional Coverage, where she leads the bank’s strategic engagement with institutional and corporate clients, as well as the Sustainable Finance and Transition team.

Prior to Lloyds, Lisa held a number of senior leadership roles at Barclays, most recently as CEO of the UK & Crown Dependencies Private Bank, where she transformed the business into an award‑winning proposition serving UK and international clients.

Lisa is also a Non‑Executive Director at Cardnet and a member of the WealthiHer advisory board, supporting female investors and entrepreneurs.
