If you're a full access user, you can update your business, registered, mailing and personal addresses within Online for Business and the Business banking app.
If your Business Card has been lost, stolen, misused, or given to someone else, please contact us right away. This applies to your PIN or security details too.
It's easy in the app
To report your Business Card as lost or stolen, message us in the app.
In the app, go to ‘Support’ and then ‘Message us’.
Ask the assistant to ‘report your Business Card as lost or stolen’.
