Report a lost or stolen Business Card
If your Business Card has been lost, stolen, misused, or given to someone else, please contact us right away. This applies to your PIN or security details too.

If your Business Debit or Cashpoint Card has been lost or stolen, please contact us immediately to report the issue on 0345 072 5555.
If your Business Credit or Charge Card has been lost or stolen, please contact us on 0345 602 2042.

To report your Business Card has been lost or stolen, message us in the app.
- In the app, go to ‘Support’ and then ‘Message us’.
- Ask the assistant to ‘report your Business Card has been lost or stolen’.
