If your Business Card has been lost, stolen, misused, or given to someone else, please contact us right away. This applies to your PIN or security details too.

Payment cards include:

  • Business Debit Card
  • Business Cashpoint® Card
  • Business Credit Card
  • Business Charge Card

  1. In the app, go to ‘Support’ and then ‘Message us’. 
  2. Ask the assistant to ‘report your Business Card has been lost or stolen’.

If your Business Credit or Charge Card has been lost or stolen, please contact us on 0345 602 2042.
