What if there was an easier way to send invoices, track sales, stay on top of your cash flow, submit tax returns and see all your profits, so you can get on with growing your business?

Welcome to Business Finance Assistant: an online tool that lets you see your banking and accounting, all in one place.

It gives you total visibility of your business finances, from incomings to outgoings. And you can even see if you’ve made any profit during the month. Which means you know precisely how your business is performing, what works well and what may need some attention.

A really helpful feature is the Recent Activity Summary. It provides an overview of all your recent transactions which are automatically categorised.

With Business Finance Assistant, you’ll no longer need to record expenses by hand on spreadsheets. Simply upload a PDF or photo which will be automatically recognised and saved.

It’s so easy to create invoices and quotes too. Invoices are fully customisable with helpful automated notifications when client invoices are overdue. Once paid, the invoice and its payment are instantly reconciled, so you can get on with running your business.

The Cash flow forecast makes it easy to understand your financial position so you can make better decisions.

What’s more, the forecast is fully adjustable so you can make it more and more accurate, so you always know where you’re headed.

Even better, when it’s time to file your VAT return, most of the hard work is already done for you. Business Finance Assistant calculates VAT owed and connects straight to HMRC so you can save time by submitting your return digitally.

Last but not least, you can even share access with others, including your accountant. And what’s great is you control the access permissions.
