Close an account

To close a business account please complete the form below. Any closing balance can be credited to a new or existing bank account.

To close all your accounts and switch to another bank please speak to your Relationship Manager.

By email

Complete the form and send to us by email. Follow these steps to do so:

  1. Download the form to your device using the link below. Need help?
  2. Open in Adobe PDF reader. 
  3. Complete the form as required by entering data directly on to the PDF.
  4. Upload an image of your signature by clicking in the signature field.
  5. Send to another signatory to countersign, if you need to.
  6. Send it to the email address you’ll see on the form.
