What you need to know before applying

To apply, you:

  • should have an annual turnover between £3 million and £25 million
  • may need lending over £250,000 and access to a broader range of products
  • require the account for business use.

 

If your annual turnover is below £3 million, please see our account for smaller businesses.

This type of account is suitable for:

  • new Lloyds Bank business customers; for example, if you’re looking to switch your banking relationship
  • existing Lloyds Bank business customers; for example, if you’d like to open a secondary account or establish a new legal entity within an existing group.

Switching to us is easy


We will:

  • arrange for your old bank to close your previous account and transfer any credit balance to your new Lloyds Bank account         
  • transfer all incoming and outgoing payments within the seven-working-day guarantee
  • redirect all payments to and from your old account to your new account for at least three years
  • refund you for any interest or charges incurred on your old or new account as a result of an unlikely delay caused by us.
