If you're a full access user, you can update your business, registered, mailing and personal addresses within Online for Business and the Business banking app.
Update your business email address
If you’re a full access user, you can update your business email address within Online for Business and the Business Banking app.

- Select the profile and settings icon in the top-right corner.
- In the 'Profile' tab, select 'Manage’.
- In the 'Business contact details' tab, select 'Email and phone numbers'. Here you can add or update your business email address.
- Log in to Online for Business.
- Select ‘Admin’ then ‘Your business’ tab.
- Under Business contact details, select ‘Email and phone numbers’.
- The next screen displays your business email address. You can make changes there.
