If you're a full access user, you can update your business, registered, mailing and personal addresses within Online for Business and the Business banking app.

Good to know
- It should only take a few minutes.
- You must be aged 18 or over.
- If you've got more than one business, you should register each one separately.
What you'll need
- The account number and sort code of the business account you’re registering.
- Your passport or UK driving licence to prove your identity.
- Access to a mobile device with a working camera.
- Details of anyone who needs to approve your registration.

If you see the new look, use these steps
- Select ‘Manage your business’ from the menu on the left-hand side of the screen then ‘Your business’ tab.
- Under 'People in your business and signing rules' click on 'Manage your people and controls'.
- Select required options.

- Go to 'Admin' then 'Your business tab'.
- Under 'People in your business and signing rules' click on 'Manage your people and controls'.

It should only take a few minutes for you to complete your application. We’ll start processing your application as soon as we receive it. Once we’ve processed your application we’ll post your welcome pack within 7 days.

Yes. You’ll need to provide your account number and sort code during the application.

There are three access levels available on Online for Business: Full Access, Delegate and View Only.

Online for Business helps you stay in control of your business finances from anywhere, find out more about Online for Business.

If you’re a Mayfair account holder, you need to apply for View-Only access. This option gives you access to the business accounts held, enabling you to see accounts, balances, recent transactions and historic statements, but not carry out any actions.
If you apply for Full Access, your application will be returned to you and you’ll need to reapply for View-Only access.
