Hayden Dental completed the renovation of its surgery earlier this month, refurbishing and expanding the three-storey building.
It now boasts six surgeries, a purpose-built waiting area, x-ray and scanning facilities and a specialist decontamination room, as well as dedicated staff quarters and a conferencing suite where staff can receive training.
The expansion of the practice will allow Hayden Dental to welcome more patients, some of whom have been wanting to join the practice for more than two years.
Recruiting to meet growing demand
Since renovating the property, the business has already recruited two new dentists to help deal with the upturn in demand. It's also poised to recruit new dental hygienist roles and create eight new clinical and administrative support positions.
The practice was launched by James and Katie Hayden in 2013 and has already increased patient numbers by 300 per cent in the last five years.
"The new purpose-built premises now reflect the superb standard of care that we aim to provide."
James Hayden, principal dentist, Hayden Dental
James Hayden added: "When we took over the original practice five years ago, our goal was to improve services and facilities for our patients and staff.
"We look forward to welcoming even more patients from across Carmarthenshire, Pembrokeshire and Ceredigion in the coming months."
"At Lloyds Bank, our network of specialist relationship managers can provide the tailored funding that firms need to prosper."

Specialist support and tailored funding
Suzanne Rees added: "Hayden Dental has established itself as one of the leading dental practices in the area, providing vital services to patients across three counties.
"Katie and James's knowledge of both the needs of the local area and the sector as a whole mean that they've been able to grow the practice significantly over the past five years. The completion of the new site will mark another exciting milestone in the company's development.
"At Lloyds Bank, our network of specialist relationship managers can provide the tailored funding that firms need to prosper, which is why we've pledged to lend up to £1.1 billion to businesses across Wales."
All lending is subject to status.
