Our support ranges from the lowest risk capital subscription-based financing through to asset-backed, general partner and management company financing. Our client offering also includes foreign exchange risk management solutions and transaction banking.
The business supports a core set of managers and funds across its dual-location of London and New York. Client relationships span geographies and private market asset classes both horizontally and vertically. These include private equity (direct and fund of funds including secondaries), private debt, private infrastructure and private real estate.
We lend bilaterally and also lead a number of significant banking syndicates in the fund finance market, including the largest single fund level financing in Europe. We have a reputation for innovation and consistency of delivery and have developed a number of innovative financings including certain bespoke deal structures which support our client’s strategic aspirations in the global secondary market for private equity interests.
The focus is on developing long-term relationships and working with many of the Sponsors with whom Strategic Debt Finance and Infrastructure & Project Finance work with at a transactional level, in terms of funding mergers & acquisition deals and project financing.
