NextGeneration sustainability standards
What is NextGeneration?
NextGeneration is an industry-leading sustainability benchmarking system for UK homebuilders.
By providing guidance on best practice, NextGeneration aims to use its sustainability services to drive positive change in the industry. The built environment accounts for around 40% of CO2 emissions in the UK1, so it's important that we take action in this vital sector.
As an Executive Committee member, we have integrated NextGeneration’s sustainability standards into our existing propositions. This will allow you to access discounted financing through engaging with these standards.
