If you’re a full access user, you can ask to add and remove people in Online for Business and the Business Banking app.
Log in to Online for Business.
1. Select ‘Admin’ then ‘Your business’ tab.
2. In ‘Manage your people and controls’, select ‘Add Signatory’ or 'Manage' in the 'People in your business' section.
If you are unable to use Online for Business, and you need to add or remove people from your business accounts, complete and email this form:

Before you add a new person in either Online for Business or the app, you’ll need:
You might need to tell us the phone number and email address of an extra signatory. We'll ask them to approve this request based on your bank mandate instructions.
You can go back to the form later if you don’t have key information to hand before submitting.

They tell us how many people are needed to approve changes to your business account.
You may be in the situation where signatories on your account can no longer approve changes. For example, they may have left your business. In cases like this, please refer to board resolution information.
All approvers should be able to review and approve changes online. They only need an email address and UK mobile number. If they’re having trouble reviewing the request, please get in touch. One of our team will be able to help.
To change the name of your business, you’ll need to complete and email the form below:
