The Syndicate & Sales team provides structuring, syndication and distribution capabilities to support corporate and institutional clients in accessing the loan and high yield capital markets. The team is active across corporate, financial institutions, infrastructure, leveraged and real estate asset classes.

The Syndicate team combines product expertise, market insight and a client first approach in order to deliver bespoke financing solutions for clients. The team provides underwriting, bridging, coordination and bookrunning services as well as high yield distribution.

The Sales team works hand-in-hand with Syndicate and is the face to market, responsible for maintaining bank and institutional investor relationships across both the primary and secondary markets.
