If you're a full access user, you can update your business, registered, mailing and personal addresses within Online for Business and the Business banking app.

From time to time, we may ask for details about your business. This helps us keep your account safe and up to date. What we ask for will depend on what we already know.
There’s no fixed timing. We may carry out checks in the background, or we’ll contact you if we need you to confirm or update your details.

We understand that you might be wondering why we’re asking for your details again. After all, you already gave them to us when you opened your account. Here’s why we need them:
We need to keep your business details up to date so you can continue using your accounts and services without disruption. If we’re unable to confirm your information, we may need to restrict or close your access—but we’ll give you clear notice and enough time to send what’s needed so you can avoid any interruption.

If we need you to confirm your details, we’ll send you an email with instructions to get started. You may also see prompts when logged into online banking.
You can complete your review in just a few steps using Online for Business on your mobile or desktop, any Full Access User can complete the task.
You can also access it directly through the ‘Manage your Business’ tab. Follow the prompts and we’ll guide you through everything you need to do.
When it’s time to activate your account for the first time, you’ll get an invite from us. Look out for a ‘Welcome to Intralinks’ email from Intralinks. You can find out more about ‘Your business information’ here.
We’ve identified that a person linked to your business appears in external records, such as Companies House, but isn’t currently reflected in the information we hold.
