Change your business address
If you're a full access user, you can update your business, registered, mailing and personal addresses within Online for Business and the Business banking app.
You can order a replacement card in Online for Business or by requesting via chat in the app.
To order replacement authentication card, message us in the app.
You’ll receive your replacement card in 5-7 working days.
If you have a new PIN as well:
When your replacement authentication card arrives, it’s best to activate it at a Lloyds Bank or Bank of Scotland Cashpoint© in the UK.
Your card and PIN will now be ready to use.
If you are using the same PIN as before:
You don’t need to activate your replacement authentication card as you can use it with the same PIN as before.
