Order replacement Online for Business authentication card

You can order a replacement card in Online for Business or by requesting via chat in the app.

  • To order replacement authentication card, message us in the app.

    1. In the app, go to ‘Support’ and then ‘Message us’.
    2. Ask the assistant to 'Order a replacement authentication card’.

    You’ll receive your replacement card in 5-7 working days.

  • If you have a new PIN as well:

    When your replacement authentication card arrives, it’s best to activate it at a Lloyds Bank or Bank of Scotland Cashpoint© in the UK.

    1. Find your nearest branch. Please note customers cannot use Lloyds Market Street, Manchester or BOS Argyle Street, Glasgow as these branch ATM’s do not have PIN services.
    2. Put your card in and enter your new PIN.
    3. Select ‘PIN services’, then ‘Unlock PIN’.

    Your card and PIN will now be ready to use.

    If you are using the same PIN as before:

    You don’t need to activate your replacement authentication card as you can use it with the same PIN as before.

If you see the new look, use these steps

  1. Select 'More' underneath the relevant account.
  2. Select 'Manage this account', then 'Request replacement card'.
 

If you don’t see the new look, use these steps

  1.  Select 'More actions'. 
  2.  Select 'Account services', then 'Request replacement card'.
