How to take payments using a link

Log onto our Virtual Terminal to generate a payment URL.

2: Share

Share the payment link with your customers via email, social media, WhatsApp or text.

3: Accept payment

Ask you customer to simply click on the link to provide their payment details.

4: Receive funds

Funds should arrive in your business bank account within three-to-five working days of the transaction.

Is it safe to use pay by link?

Payment links are a secure option for everyone involved – your customer simply clicks on a unique, one-time link and enters their card details through their phone, tablet or computer. All payments are supported by key fraud prevention tools such as 3DSecure V2, ensuring the transaction is carried out safely. Once the payment is made, none of their information is stored and the link is deactivated.
