Get started Enquire nowIf you want to accept payments from customers without having to create your own website, you can easily create and send a payment link using our Virtual Terminal.
The link directs the customer to a payment page hosted by Lloyds Bank Online Payments, where they simply enter their payment details and complete the transaction. Could be perfect for those paying after a delivery, or if your business doesn’t have an online presence.
Payment links are a secure option for everyone involved – your customer simply clicks on a unique, one-time link and enters their card details through their phone, tablet or computer. All payments are supported by key fraud prevention tools such as 3DSecure V2, ensuring the transaction is carried out safely. Once the payment is made, none of their information is stored and the link is deactivated.
A payment that’s already been processed can be fully or partially refunded by going into the payment link order details on our Virtual Terminal and following the refund process.
As soon as someone pays you will receive an email. You can check the status of all your payment links via our secure online Virtual Terminal or on the PAYDIT portal for QR codes.
PAYDIT is a third-party product provider that Lloyds Bank Cardnet refer merchants to when the QR code card payments solution meets their product needs.
Gift Aid can be enabled when the account is setup. When cardholders are completing a transaction, they will be asked if they would like to opt-in for the Gift Aid donation. The charity will be able to view any payments which have an associated Gift Aid top-up from the PAYDIT Portal.
For each QR code you can create set payment amounts, or you can give the customer the option to add in the amount.
Your funds should arrive in your business bank account within three to five working days of the transaction.
