Our Carrier Cash Direct Service is an efficient and cost-effective service that removes the need for clients to travel to the branch to deposit or collect cash.

  • Cash can be collected up to a maximum value of £7,500 inclusive of up to £1000 of coin.
  • Delivery of cash up to the value of £3,500 consisting of a maximum of £1,000 coin and £2,500 in £5 notes only can be provided.
  • G4S will be responsible for collecting and delivering cash between your business' site and our cash centres.
  • To qualify for this product you must require a minimum of one monthly collection from Monday–Friday excluding Bank Holidays.
  • Detailed Management Information is provided via e-mail to your nominated recipient.

Our Premier Direct service provides a secure and flexible cash delivery and collection service across the UK.

  • There is no maximum limit for this collection other than that imposed by your chosen cash in transit provider.
  • You will have the flexibility to choose your own British Security Industry Association accredited cash in transit provider to collect and deliver notes and coins directly to your premises.
  • Detailed Management Information is provided via e-mail to your nominated recipient.

Our Bulk Cash services are available to businesses with more than ten employees and an annual turnover or balance sheet of over €2 million, or Sterling equivalent.

This service is a secure, efficient and economical way to withdraw high volumes of cash. It provides cash to your premises through a bank-authorised security carrier.

  • Elimination of security risk when travelling to the branch.

  • Provides access to ancillary services eg wage packets (at an extra cost).

Any customer with minimum average drawings of £2,500 per transaction. If you already use one of the authorised security companies, pay your staff in cash and are remote from our branches then you may also benefit from this product.

Lower volumes may be possible if, for example, customers already use one of the authorised security companies or if they are in a remote location. It is available to businesses with more than ten employees and an annual turnover or balance sheet of over €2 million, or Sterling equivalent.

Our credit processing cheque scheme means any cheques paid to your business can be collected at the same time as the cash. Cheques are collected, and processed the following working day.

Who is eligible?

Any customer that pays in more than 50 cheques per site per day. If you already use one of the authorised security companies, pay your staff in cash and are remote from our branches then you may also benefit from this product.

This service is suitable if you are paying in cheques through one of the bulk schemes.

Its main feature is that it lets you deliver sealed bags of cheques to a local branch, where they are then taken to the bulk processing centre, and processed in line with the bulk scheme you have chosen.

  • You don’t need to separately contract with a third party courier for the delivery of bulk cheques direct to the bulk processing centre.
  • Eliminates/reduces your direct transport costs.
  • Ensures delivery to our bulk processing centre within service level agreements.
  • Service is free.
  • Full end-to-end track and trace of bags.

What if I have high levels of cash and cheques?

You can take out more than one scheme, but these will need to be set up separately.

What is the difference between the bulk cash till collection service/Premier Direct/credit processing cheques and the bulk cash till delivery service products?

These services are used if you are having cash and/or cheques collected from your premises and deposited into your account. The bulk cash till delivery service product is used if you are having cash delivered to your premises and your account debited.

How will I obtain stationery eg coin bags?
