Managing Director, Head of Services & Public Sector

 

Mark joined Lloyds Banking Group in 2011, as Regional Managing Director, responsible for the North Region. At the same time, he picked up national responsibility for driving the UK-wide strategy, Balance Sheet and P&L delivery for our Mid Cap client base (clients with turnover from £100 million to £1 billion).

After a successful time in the north, Mark led the London sector business where he worked with clients across a range of industries, including telecoms, consumer, healthcare, services, housing and manufacturing. In addition to his core role, Mark was also the Executive Sponsor for the National Corporate Debt Finance business, and more recently the National Social Housing business.

Before joining Lloyds, Mark worked in corporate banking for Barclays and RBS. At RBS he led the National sector in Services and Industrials, with a principal focus on strategic financing for FTSE 250 clients. Mark has developed extensive knowledge of the corporate banking market. For over 20 years, he has worked with clients across the UK in a variety of sectors, segments and geographies.
