We’re postponing changes to our charges

To support customers impacted by coronavirus (COVID-19) we’re postponing some of the changes to our Business Current Account charges which were due to happen on 10 May 2020. 

We will update this website when the changes go live in future.

Coin and Cash Exchange – £1.65 per £100 when you exchange coin and cash at our branch counters or the Post Office® was due to be charged from 10 May. We have postponed this.

We have removed the credit in fee charged for depositpointTM from 10th May 2020.
