If you’re experiencing problems with one of our services you can check if we know about any issues, or if we have any planned maintenance. If you’re still having issues with one of our services, you should contact us.

When our services are running normally there could be isolated issues, for example, a single ATM not working or a minor disruption to Internet Banking in the early hours of Sunday morning, when we often carry out maintenance. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
