The challenging times we’re all experiencing means we’re getting a lot more calls than usual and our call times are longer. So we can support people in the most vulnerable situations, we ask that you only call us if your enquiry is urgent. You can still use our online and mobile banking services and our automated service.

Our Charitable Foundations

Supporting disadvantaged people during key transitions in their lives.

Helping Communities Prosper

Over the last 30 years we have supported millions of people through the funding of our independent charitable Foundations. Over £600m has been donated to charities across the UK in the last 30 years.

As part of our Helping Britain Prosper Plan, in 2014, we committed to invest a further £100m by 2020 to support an additional 10,000 charities.

The Lloyds Bank Foundations

The Lloyds Bank Foundation for England and Wales and the Lloyds Bank Foundation for The Channel Islands enables charities to break or prevent the cycle of disadvantage. They believe that people have the remarkable capacity to overcome the barriers of disadvantage if given the right support and opportunities. By supporting charities through a journey of development, it means they are able to concentrate on those most in need.
