The challenging times we’re all experiencing means we’re getting a lot more calls than usual and our call times are longer. So we can support people in the most vulnerable situations, we ask that you only call us if your enquiry is urgent. You can still use our online and mobile banking services and our automated service.

Lloyds Scholars

A social mobility programme aimed at UK students.

Managing the Financial Strain of University

Our social mobility programme was formed in 2011, offering students from low income households a complete support package that helps manage the financial strain of university whilst developing their employability skills.

Hands On Opportunities

We provide the Lloyds Scholars with a £1,000 / year bursary to support the cost of living and study materials, as well as the opportunity to undertake two summer internships within Lloyds Banking Group, helping to gain real life, hands-on work experience. The programme is designed to help the Scholars to learn valuable transferrable skills and help boost their employability. We regularly bring Scholars back into the business as part of our Graduate Programmes.
