By calling us from our app you will already be logged on and verified, so there is no need to remember any passwords.

Step by step guide to call from the app

1. Select 'Support'

Select 'Support' from the bottom menu or use the search bar at the top and enter 'Call us'.

To call through the app, you must be calling from the mobile phone number registered with us. If it's incorrect, you can change your mobile number online.

2. Select your type of query

Select 'Call us'. You'll then need to pick what type of query you have from the four options. These are 'Your accounts', 'New product enquiries', 'Internet Banking' and 'Other banking query'.

3. Call and adviser

Check the correct options have been picked, then select 'Call us'. You will then be connected to a friendly adviser who will know it's you and be ready to help.

Please note: Our Mobile Banking app is supported by devices running iOS or Android. The app is not compatible with some older versions of the operating systems. Check the App Store or Google Play for more details.

We don't charge you for Mobile Banking but your mobile operator may charge you for certain services, such as downloading or using the app, so please check with them.

If your phone has been subjected to unauthorised modifications (e.g. jailbroken or rooted) the app will not be compatible with your device.

If your call is about changing the mobile phone number we hold on record for you, if you need to reset your Internet Banking log in details, or your phone drops signal during connection we may still need you to verify that it is you calling and ask for characters from your password and/or other questions.

You can check and update your mobile number in the app by going to ‘Menu’, then ‘Your profile’, then tapping on your mobile number.
