You can do this online
- View your statement, save it as a PDF or print a copy.
- Download a statement from our app onto your phone.
- Order a paper statement and receive it in the post within 10 working days.

- Log in and select the account you want to view. Then select the three-dot menu.
- Select ’Download or print statement’ to save or print.
- For paper copies, select ’Order paper statements’.

- Log in and select ’Statement options’ from your account page.
- Choose to print, download or order a paper copy.
- For paper copies, please remember it can take up to ten working days to arrive.

In online banking, you can access statements up to 7 years old. In our app, you can go back at least ten years.

If you have a credit card, you need to ask for a PDF statement. You can do this using our online chat. Or you can download a PDF statement in our app.
