Lloyds backs Bristol with £1 million investment in new-look branch

- Lloyds Cabot Circus branch has had a nearly £1 million glow-up, creating a fresh new space for Bristolians to get help with their banking face to face.
- Branch re-opens Monday 20th July.
- Customers will be in with a chance to take home one of 100 iconic black horse plushies, or other freebies and giveaways.
- Branch will also open on Saturdays.
Lloyds is ready to welcome customers back to its Bristol Cabot Circus branch on Monday 20th July, with a 17-strong team on hand to help local people with their banking.
The £1 million investment means customers will walk into a bright, welcoming branch, with more room to get things done and more comfortable spaces to talk, including private spots for more complex chats.
There’ll be new accessible booths so colleagues can support customers with mobility needs easily, plus dedicated spaces for help with online and mobile banking and new cash machines where customers can withdraw or deposit cash, including choosing the exact notes and coins they need.
Business customers also have their own dedicated space, with new machines that let them pay in or take out cash simply, using their phone.
Horse plushie giveaway at Bristol branch
To celebrate the opening, customers who visit on Monday can have a go on a fair-style claw machine and try to bag one of 100 iconic Lloyds black horse plushies. They’ll also be other giveaways and prizes, such as battery packs and cookies.
