How much can I remortgage my home for?

You might be able to borrow up to 90% of the value of your home with Lloyds. But, a 90% mortgage could come with higher interest rates than if you were to borrow less when remortgaging. 

This means you would have a loan to value (LTV) ratio of 90%, which could come with higher interest rates than other mortgage types.

We’ll consider factors such as your property value, existing debts and other affordability checks on your finances to see if you qualify for this remortgage offer.
