Fix now, save later: Lloyds and E.ON Next launch exclusive energy tariff

Lloyds is giving its customers access to an exclusive fixed energy tariff of £1,697 a year for 24-months from E.ON Next.
The offer, available via the Bill Switcher section in the Rewards Hub in the Lloyds app from 28 September until 12 October, provides customers with certainty around the cost of household energy.
From 1 October, the energy price cap will rise, taking the average annual bill for a typical household with both gas and electricity, paying by Direct Debit, to £1,723, and forecasts suggest the January price cap could be £2,065(1).
Actual bills will vary depending on how much energy a household uses.
In addition, the first 1,000 eligible customers applying for the energy deal will receive an Amazon voucher - worth £25 for customers switching both gas and electricity and £10 for those switching just one.
