It's simple to register
You can complete your registration and start managing your accounts online in just a few minutes.
- Enter your personal details
You need to enter your Name, date of birth, postcode and account details for one of your Lloyds Bank accounts.
- Choose a User ID and password
You‘ll need access to a phone and we may need to send you an activation code in the post.
- Log on and create your memorable information
Once you’ve entered your User ID and password you’ll be asked to set up your memorable information.
Step by step guide to registering
We’ll ask for your name, date of birth, postcode and account details for one of your Lloyds Bank accounts.
Next you’ll create your User IDUser ID: Must be 9–30 characters. Use letters and numbers to create a unique ID, for example volcano40 or 372scubadive. and passwordYour password must be 8–15 characters. Make it hard to guess and different to your user ID. Use letters and numbers, but not spaces or symbols. Remember: never share these details with anyone. . You’ll also see our terms and conditions here.
Now we’ll do a quick security check to make sure it’s you. Choose a number for us to call you on.
You’ll get a 4-digit code on your screen. Then we’ll call you on the number you chose.
We’ll ask you to read out the code or key it in using the numbers on your phone. What happens if this doesn’t work?If we don’t have the correct phone number for you, or if something goes wrong, we’ll send the code by post. When it arrives, log on using the details you have just created and you’ll be asked to enter the code to complete your registration.
That’s it, you’ve set up your details and now you can log on.
