View or download statements
You can do this online
- View your statement, save it as a PDF or print a copy.
- Download a statement from our app onto your phone.
- Order a paper statement and receive it in the post within 10 working days.

- Log on and select the account you want to view. Then select the three dot menu.
- Select Download or print statement to save or print.
- For paper copies, select Order paper statements.

- Log on and select Statement options from your account page.
- Choose to print, download or order a paper copy.
- For paper copies, please remember it can take up to 10 working days to arrive.

In Internet Banking, you can access statements up to seven years old. In our app, you can go back at least ten years.

If you have a credit card, you need to ask for a PDF statement. You can do this using our online chat. Or you can download a PDF statement in our app.
