Statement changes

Internet Banking makes it easier to keep track of your money. Find out about the latest features we've added to help you stay on top of your spending.

Upcoming payments

To help you keep your money on track, we'll show you:

  • Your upcoming payments due to leave your account in the next 31 days.
  • How much you'll have left in your account until you’re next paid.

Here’s how:

  1. Log on to Internet Banking.
  2. Select ‘View statement’ on the account you want to see.
  3. Choose 'View upcoming payments’.
  4. Select the ‘Payments due before’ date.
  5. Scroll down to see a timeline of payments due to leave your account in the next 31 days.
  6. To see how much you have left until you get paid, choose the ‘Add pay day’ button and select your date.

Next time you log on, you'll see an estimate of how much you have left in your account until your next pay day. You can find this on the 'Upcoming payments' page.

The 'Add pay day' option will be coming to our Mobile Banking app soon. In the meantime, you can access it by using Internet Banking from either a computer or mobile browser.

Where was that purchase made?

You can now see more about where a card purchase was made. This option will only work for chip and PIN or contactless purchases. Simply select the transaction in your statement page to see the location details. This might also include a map showing the place where it was made.
