Locate payments

It can be hard to keep on top of what you’ve spent, let alone where you’ve spent it. If you don’t recognise a chip and PIN or contactless debit card transaction on your statement, you can see the location details through your Mobile Banking app or Internet Banking. This might also include a map pinpointing the place where it was made, helping you to take the guesswork out of your spending.

How to locate your payments

1. Choose account

Log on to our app or Internet Banking and select the account you want to view.

2. Select transaction

Select the transaction you want to check.

3. View location details

See the payment details and location.

4. All done

That’s it, you’ve seen where the payment was made and can do this again anytime.
