Upcoming payments

You can view and manage future payments, Direct Debits and standing orders.

So far this year, over 2 million customers are taking greater control of their money by getting early sight of upcoming payments. Keep on top of your finances by viewing a timeline of payments due to leave your account in the next 31 days. 

  • Simply select a date and we’ll show you all payments scheduled to leave your account before that date
  • View how much you have left until your next payday, see how to add a payday
  • Manage your existing Direct Debits and standing orders
  • You may not see Direct Debits that have recently been set up or changed

How to view your upcoming payments

1. Choose account

Log on to our app or Internet Banking and select the account you want to view. If you are using our app, tap the three dot menu.

2. View upcoming payments

Select View upcoming payments.

3. Select a date

Choose the date you want to see your payments due by.

4. All done

That's it, you’ve viewed your upcoming payments and can do this again anytime.

Adding a pay day

If you are using Internet Banking on a computer or mobile browser, you can ‘Add a pay day’ when looking at your upcoming payments. Simply scroll down to ‘Add a pay day’ and choose your date. The next time you log on, your ‘Upcoming payments’ page will show you an estimate of how much you have left in your account until your pay day.
