The challenging times we’re all experiencing means we’re getting a lot more calls than usual and our call times are longer. So we can support people in the most vulnerable situations, we ask that you only call us if your enquiry is urgent. You can still use our online and mobile banking services and our automated service.

Our Service

For over 100 years, Lloyds Bank has offered a personal and professional service to bereaved customers, administering Estates and helping thousands of Beneficiaries.

Our experienced team can provide you with personal support and expertise. We will guide you through the process step by step.

Our video gives an overview of how we can help.

Taking care of it all

Once appointed, we are legally responsible for the Estate.

We will deal with every detail of the Administration process, from securing property and valuing heirlooms, to re-homing pets.

Working with you

Our team will talk you through your individual needs and how we can help.

We aim to work alongside you and you can be sure we will administer the Estate with care.

Step by step

We will update you at every stage of the Estate Administration.

You can also use our secure website to check the stage the process has reached and contact us if you wish.

When we can act for you

Our service is available where we are appointed as an Executor under the terms of a will, where an existing Executor does not feel able to act or where there is no Will in place.

You don’t have to be an existing customer to use the service but the gross value of the Estate must be over £80,000. This may include cash, valuables, investments and property.

We cannot act for Estates where:

  • An Executor or Administrator already intends to act
  • The Grant of Probate has already been applied for
