How do I cancel a Direct Debit using the mobile app?

Go to your account page and choose the '...' icon.

Then choose 'Direct debits'.

Choose 'cancel' underneath the Direct Debit you want to cancel.

If you can't cancel a Direct Debit in the mobile app, you should ask the recipient to cancel it.

When you cancel a Direct Debit, it's a good idea to contact the recipient, otherwise they may reinstate it.
