Add or change your telephone number
It is important that we have your phone number. It gives you an extra layer of security when you shop or bank online.
To update your telephone number
The quickest way to update your phone number is online, either using our app or Internet Banking.
Not all Telephone Banking services are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
To change your number over the phone you will need to be registered for Telephone Banking. We will also need to confirm that it's you by asking you for one of the following:
- Telephone Banking security number
- Telephone Banking password
- Voice ID
You can also call via the Mobile Banking app where we will ask you to verify it's you via the app.

Our app is available to iPhone and Android users only and minimum operating systems apply, so check the App Store or Google Play for details. Our app does not work on jailbroken or rooted devices. Device registration required.
