If you've misplaced your card you can freeze it whilst you look for it using our Mobile Banking app.

Mobile Banking: We don’t charge you for Internet Banking but your mobile operator may charge for some services, please check with them. Services may be affected by phone signal and functionality. You must be registered for Internet Banking.
Mobile Banking app: Our Mobile Banking app is available to Internet Banking customers with a UK personal account and valid registered phone number. Our app is available to iPhone and Android users only and minimum operating systems apply, so check the App Store or Google Play for details. Our app does not work on jailbroken or rooted devices. Device registration required.
Apple Pay: It is not available on all debit cards, credit cards and accounts. Restrictions include: Non-personal accounts, Visa credit cards, Electron cards, additional credit card holders and customers under 13 years of age. Available on iPhone 6/6+ and above, iPad with Touch ID and Apple Watch.
Google Pay: It is not available on all debit cards, credit cards and accounts. Restrictions include: American Express credit cards, Electron cards, Visa credit cards and additional credit card holders, non-personal accounts, Basic Bank accounts and customers under 13 years. Google Pay app must be downloaded and is available on Android devices with contactless capability (NFC), running on the Android 4.4 KitKat Operating system or newer.
