Select 'help & support' at the top of your account overview page, choose "lost or stolen card" and fill out a short form.

We'll cancel your card straight away and you'll receive your new card in 5 working days, depending on the type of card you have ordered.

Royal Mail strike action

Royal Mail has announced its employees are planning a series of strikes. During this time, deliveries may take longer than five working days to arrive.

If you are waiting for a delivery of a card or PIN, you can view your card details or get a PIN reminder in our app.

Already reported your card as lost or stolen?

If you've reported your card as lost or stolen you can view your new card details in our app. You can view your debit card details the next day and your credit card details within 5 days. This lets you use your new card details online whilst waiting for your new card to arrive in the post.

If you're registered for Wallet Pay apps such as Apple Pay or Google Pay™ you can use your mobile device to pay for your shopping whilst you wait for your new card to arrive in the post.

Mobile Banking app: Our Mobile Banking app is available to Internet Banking customers with a UK personal account and valid registered phone number. Our app is available to iPhone and Android users only and minimum operating systems apply, so check the App Store or Google Play for details. Our app does not work on jailbroken or rooted devices. Device registration required.

Apple Pay: It is not available on all debit cards, credit cards and accounts. Restrictions include: Non-personal accounts, Visa credit cards, Electron cards, additional credit card holders and customers under 13 years of age. Available on iPhone 6/6+ and above, iPad with Touch ID and Apple Watch.

Google Pay: It is not available on all debit cards, credit cards and accounts. Restrictions include: American Express credit cards, Electron cards, Visa credit cards and additional credit card holders, non-personal accounts, Basic Bank accounts and customers under 13 years. Google Pay app must be downloaded and is available on Android devices with contactless capability (NFC), running on the Android 4.4 KitKat Operating system or newer.
