How to register your device

When you download and open the app you'll need to register your device. This creates a secure link between your device and your Internet Banking profile.

You'll only need to do this once for each device, and it takes just a few moments. After that, logging on is fast and secure with a unique 3-digit combination from your memorable information, or with Touch ID on compatible iPhones.

Register for Internet Banking

You need to be registered for Internet Banking to get the full benefit from the apps.

If you don’t already use Internet Banking, you can register online – it only takes 5 minutes.

Install the app

Download the latest version for your device from your local Google Play or Apple App Store.

Enter your details

Open the app and enter your Internet Banking logon details when asked.

Confirm security code

Select a number for us to call you on. We'll give you a 4-digit security code. Tap it in and you'll be good to go.
