How to reset your logon details

  1. You can change your password, memorable information or change both. You can also choose to find your user ID.
  2. We’ll need some details to find your account. If you don’t know your username we will ask for account details instead.
  3. You'll be asked to enter your new details. If you want to find your username, we’ll show it to you at this step.
  4. We’ll now do a quick security check to make sure it’s you. Choose a number for us to contact you on.
  5. If we sent you a One Time Passcode text, we’ll ask you to enter it. If we called you, we’ll ask you to enter the code on your phone.
  6. That’s it, you’ve updated your details. Now you can use them to log on.
