Lost or stolen cards

If your debit or credit card is lost or stolen, you can now report this and request a replacement through Internet Banking, or on the move using your Lloyds Bank Mobile Banking app. Simply log on and fill in our short form.

We will cancel your old card and deliver a new one to you which will usually arrive within 3-5 days.

Please make sure you check your account for any transactions you don’t recognise and phone us immediately should you be concerned that your account has been used fraudulently.

With lost or stolen American Express® Travellers Cheques, you will need to:

  • Report all facts about the loss or theft to the police if American Express® asks you to.
  • Give American Express® the serial number of the lost or stolen Travellers Cheques and the place and date on which you bought them.
  • Complete the refund forms provided by American Express® and provide acceptable proof of your identity.

What to do if you have misplaced your card

If you think you’ve temporarily misplaced your debit or credit card or would like to freeze different types of transactions you can do this through our Mobile Banking app – tap ‘More’ then Lost or stolen cards from the Card Management menu then Card Freezes. Here’s how to temporarily freeze your card.
