Cancelling a Direct Debit

How do I cancel a Direct Debit using a desktop or laptop computer?
Step 1
Choose the 'More Actions' button on your account.
Step 2
Open 'Direct Debits and standing orders’.
Step 3
Click 'Manage Direct Debits'.
Step 4
Find the Direct Debit you want to cancel and click 'Cancel' next to it. If you don't see 'cancel' you should ask the recipient to cancel it.
How do I cancel a Direct Debit using the app?

Step 1
Go to your account page and choose the '...' icon.

Step 2
Then choose 'Direct Debits’.

Step 3
Choose 'cancel' underneath the Direct Debit you want to cancel.

Step 4
If you can't cancel a Direct Debit in the mobile app, you should ask the recipient to cancel it.
If you’re cancelling a Direct Debit before making a final payment, you should also always tell the company you’re paying.
