How do I cancel a standing order using the mobile app?

Go to your account page and choose the '...' icon.

Go to your account page and choose the 'More' button. Then choose 'Standing Orders'.

Select the 'Standing orders' tab, then the standing order you want to cancel. We call this 'deleting' a Standing Order.

Select 'Delete'. Note that you can't delete mortgage or loan repayments in the mobile app.

Enter your password to confirm. If you can't delete a standing order in the mobile app, you'll need to contact us.
