Once you've cancelled your card it can't be reinstated.
If you’ve misplaced your card, you can freeze your card temporarily.

- Log in to the app.
- Enter 'lost or stolen' in the search bar.
- Fill out a quick form.
We'll cancel your card straight away and you'll receive your new card in five working days, depending on the type of card you have ordered.
