Manage Recipients

How to manage the list of people you pay online.

1. Choose an account

Select the ‘Pay & Transfer’ icon underneath the account you want to manage recipients for.

Then select ‘Choose who to pay’.

2. Add, pay or delete a recipient

To add a recipient select ‘Pay someone new’. To pay or delete an existing recipient, select ‘Manage’ next to their details.

3. All done

You've added, paid or deleted that recipient.

Mobile Banking app: Our Mobile Banking app is available to Internet Banking customers with a UK personal account and valid registered phone number. Our app is available to iPhone and Android users only and minimum operating systems apply, so check the App Store or Google Play for details. Our app does not work on jailbroken or rooted devices. Device registration required.
