Best Price Guarantee is offered in connection with flight and hotel bookings made through Lloyds Travel. It entitles you to a price match if you find the same itinerary on another eligible competing site at a lower price and claim within 24 hours of booking, subject to the terms and conditions.

The Price Prediction service provides a powerful tool to assist you in finding the best time to book flights and save money. The predictions are based on past data and current trends. Forecasting price movements in a highly competitive, unpredictable global market has inherent limitations, and no prediction tool can be 100% accurate.

If you book a ‘Great Price’ non-refundable flight that’s recommended by the price prediction tool, you’ll automatically get Price Drop Protection for that flight booking at no extra cost.
Once you apply Price Drop Protection to a flight booking, we'll monitor the price of that itinerary. This includes the same flight, fare class, and seat selection if applicable. We'll check available partner inventory for ten calendar days after the purchase. We'll continue monitoring until the day before departure or until we find a lower price, whichever comes first. If the price drops, you’ll be credited the difference.
