- Log in to the mobile banking app.
- Search for the ‘Travel Hub’.
- Once you’re in, select ‘Book your Travel’.
- Take a moment to read our terms and conditions. Once you're ready, select 'Agree' to continue.
- Browse and select hotels or flights based on your preferred destination and dates.
- Found what you’re looking for? Fill in the relevant details.
- Choose your payment option.
- Then confirm your booking.
- Your booking is now complete. You'll see a confirmation message with your booking reference and it will appear in the 'My Travel' tab in the Travel Hub. You'll also receive an email with the details.

Best Price Guarantee is offered in connection with flight and hotel bookings made through Lloyds Travel Booking. If you find the same itinerary on another competing site at a lower price and claim within 24 hours of booking, you’ll get the difference back in Travel Credits, ready for your next trip. The price must be available to the general public. For example, this means that the rate doesn’t need you to log into a site or have a special membership or an available discount personal to you.

Our Price Prediction service helps you decide the best time to book your flight. It looks at past prices and current trends to suggest whether you should book now or wait. Flight prices can change quickly due to many external factors and while our predictions are helpful, they can’t be 100% exact.

If you book a flight when our Price Prediction tool says it's a great price, we'll keep an eye on that fare for up to 10 days after you book (or until your flight departs, if sooner). Should the price drop during that time, we'll automatically give you the difference back as Travel Credits, up to a maximum of £50. No need to do anything.
