The first step is to apply for an Agreement in Principle. This will let you know how much additional borrowing we will lend you.

Once you have an Agreement in Principle you will then be able to complete your full application online (subject to eligibility), in branch or over the phone.

If your mortgage account number starts with 50, you can’t currently complete our online Agreement in Principle.
