The challenging times we’re all experiencing means we’re getting a lot more calls than usual and our call times are longer. So we can support people in the most vulnerable situations, we ask that you only call us if your enquiry is urgent. You can still use our online and mobile banking services and our automated service.

Get your computer ready

Make sure you get the most out of Internet Banking

Our Internet Banking is simple, fast and secure. Enjoy the full experience by getting your computer ready in three simple steps:

1. Check your operating system

Your operating system (OS) is the software which loads when you switch on your computer. It runs all your programs and applications. Our Internet Banking works better on these latest operating systems (although you might be able to use older versions):

  • Windows 7
  • Windows Vista
  • Windows XP
  • Windows 2000
  • MAC OS X

2. Review your browser

You use a web browser to access the internet. Our Internet Banking works better with the latest versions of these browsers (although you might be able to use older versions):

  • Microsoft Internet Explorer
  • Mozilla Firefox
  • Apple Safari
  • Opera
  • Google Chrome

Always upgrade to the latest version of a browser to make sure you benefit from up-to-date security features.

3. Look at your cookie settings

Before you look at your Cookies settings, you’ll need to consider if you want to accept Cookies on your computer. To find out more about how Lloyds Bank uses Cookies, see our Cookies Policy page.
